We are seeking an LPC, LCSW, LAPC, or LMSW for a contract position to join our practice. The ideal candidate will specialize in working with young children and adolescents, bringing both clinical expertise and a passion for helping youth navigate developmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
Experience or certification in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), CBT, DBT and other evidence-based treatment modalities is strongly preferred. Must currently reside in the Atlanta Metro area. No relocation services provided.
● Provide individual therapy to children and adolescents, as well as family/parents/guardians.
● When working with children, ability to work with parents is a necessity.
● Conduct intake assessments, create treatment plans, and maintain progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
● Deliver evidence-based interventions.
● Collaborate with parents, schools, and other providers as needed to support client care.
● Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities within the practice.
● Maintaining and growing a case load while fostering returning clients and obtaining and accepting new referrals.
● Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
● Current Georgia licensure as LPC, LAPC, LCSW or LMSW.
● Experience working with children and adolescents in clinical settings.
● Training/certification in evidence-based treatments for OCD (such as ERP) and/or ADHD strongly preferred.
● Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
● Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
